Yes. Flag50's per-player registration mode generates a unique team link. Each parent opens the link, fills out their player's info, signs the waiver, and pays their portion directly. The director sees every payment land in real time on the registration dashboard. The coach never handles money.
Q02Can I use my own waiver language?+
You paste your waiver text into the event settings. When a parent registers their player, the waiver appears as a step in the registration flow. The parent signs digitally, and the signed waiver is stored against that player's registration record. You can update the waiver language at any time -- new registrants see the updated version.
Q03What happens when registration hits the cap?+
The next parent who tries to register sees a waitlist message and is added to the queue automatically. When a spot opens -- either through a refund or a manual removal -- you can promote the next player on the waitlist with one click. The promoted parent receives an email with a payment link.
Q04Can I charge different amounts for different age divisions?+
Yes. Pricing is set per division. You can charge $295 for your 12U division and $325 for 14U within the same event. Early-bird pricing and discount codes are also configurable per division.
Q05How do refunds work?+
Open the player's registration record and click refund. You can issue a full refund or enter a partial amount. The refund processes back to the original payment method. The registration record updates to reflect the refund, and your financial reports adjust automatically.
